Excellent service. For context I had an HVAC company come out and they noticed my oil tank was leaking. The quote they gave me was outrageous. I called tankworks and got a much more fair quote, about half what was quoted by another 3 letter hvac company (also got a nicer oil tank, roth double walled, other company was doing standard tanks). Rose and her team are excellent. I had an oil tank start to leak and they were able to remove it the next day. The other company I called wanted to book out two weeks, but Rose understood this needed to be addressed ASAP and got it done. They left the area cleaner than they found it. The price was the same as the other quote I had gotten. And they were just fun to work with. Thank you Rose, Lily, Ashley, and everyone else at Tankworks!
Discovered a leak in my oil tank. Called and spoke with Rose. She arranged to have a service tech come out and place a magnet over the hole in the tank as a temporary fix Rose asked my husband some questions a about the size , dimensions , location and accessibility of the tank. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience with Tankworks. Rose and Lily are amazing. Incredible customer service from the first call through the end of the job. Very kind and compassionate with excellent communication, fair pricing and quick turnaround. The guys who completed the tank removal were fantastic as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
