I am the Chemistry Lab Manager for a local materials testing lab. Several of our critical instruments can't operate without a chiller to control incoming water temperatures. If the instruments can't run, one of our biggest clients has to shut down. Tanktemp had a guy working on our chiller within a few hours of being contacted and we were back in business by early afternoon. I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend them.
