Debbie in the office was awesome to deal with and helped with ordering our 47000 litre tank. Tank was built in the time frame quoted, and delivered by Lindsay, who was training a new driver. They were held up by roadworks near us but Lindsay was very professional and helpful when he got here. Thanks to everyone at tanks direct Ayr

I am not happy with my recent purchase. The water tank delivered to my property was the wrong colour. I specifically selected "Merino" (a beige tone) from the supplier’s colour chart. However, the tank delivered was a noticeably different, creamy colour. Unfortunately, I was not at home when the delivery occurred, so I was unable to reject the incorrect item at the time. We had an awesome experience with getting our tank and having it delivered, great communication, everyone was very helpful and lovely and our delivery driver was awesome, will definitely recommend

My experience with Tanks Direct has been one of professionalism, delivering on promises and excellent customer service. If you are looking to purchase a water tank please give these guys a call. They really do go the extra kilometre for you. And bang for your buck!
