I thought i liked this place..it is close by and convienient and an overall nice looking store. However, they have now lost my business today. Yesterday i had my water tested...which they said was perfect. I wanted to add another fish to my 4 month old reef tank (that i purchased from them) and ended up getting a coral beauty dwarf angel. I aclimated it for an hour before adding it to the tank which had perfect water quality...just my calcium a little low. It seemed to be fine. I am so incredibly unhappy with this store I cant even tell you. I am a fairly new customer and went in there with a sample of my water. They tested it and said everything was up to speed, salinity, nitrates etc I bought three new fish for my 75 gallon and introduced them incredibly slowly, this is a completely cycled tank and this definitely is not my first time introducing fish into this tank. I use to do business with these guys until I tried to get them to set up my last two tanks. When I wanted to set up two new tanks plumbed into the same system, I stopped in their US1 location and explained in detail to one of the employees there what I wanted. He said it would be no problem and took down all my info and said they'd be calling me back. Well, I waited a week and no one called.
