Outstanding experience with Dave and his crew at Tankmasters. Confirmed an underground tank. Provided peace of mind documenting the tank was indeed properly closed decades ago. Even the rose bush looked better when they replanted it ! Dave made a stressful situation tolerable.
Tankmasters did an excellent job of removing from my home and transferring oil to my neighbors then later removed the tank with zero mess! They cleaned up, were careful , and even used deodorizer. The crews were polite and professional. Highly recommend them!
Dave came to the house, surveyed my basement to find the best location for the new ROTH Oil Tank. He explained everything he would do very clearly so I could understand. They came with a new oil tank and installed it in my basement. They pumped the oil from my outside underground tank to the new tank. They came back a week later, removed the oil tank, filled the hole and planted grass. I must give kuddoes to Rajee and George you were as detailed oriented as Dave. Great company. I give them the highest rating possible.
Tankmasters is an exceptional company!! Dave Thompson is honest, skilled, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and follows through. He keeps appointments, organizes the entire project, and communicates very well with all involved parties. Tankmasters is respectful of the property and takes great care with finishing touches. I had a great experience with Tank Masters! From the day he came out for the estimate I understood that Dave was the kind of guy who cares about doing his best. He was easy to talk to and explained every possible situation that could occur throughout the process of removing my underground oil tank and how they handle it. I felt well informed and really appreciate him taking the time to speak with me at length.
