Family was in need of emergent services as I have small children and hot water is a priority. Our tankless water heater was not igniting and needed to have a part replaced and service, unbeknownst to me. I contacted Rheem and was referred multiple references. The first one I called, auto rejected the call, however, a text was received. I responded and the conversation generated from there.
