Switched to a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier. Endless hot water, faster heating, and noticeably lower energy use. It’s compact, quiet, and does exactly what it promises—great upgrade from a traditional tank.

Darren installed a tankless tank on the west side of our house. The house was at the bottom of a hill with water run off coming down the hill and ending up under the house and flooding the garage occasionally. We didn’t know how bad this issues was until we pulled up the floor and found out that the bearers and stumps were rotted. There were pools of water under the house. A bad day. My huge, decrepit, 1980s swimming pool was transformed into a 50,000 litre rainwater storage tank over 5 days by the amazing Tankless crew. Darren and the Tankless team provided me with an excellent permanent solution for an unwanted pool. After deciding to decommission the pool 10 years ago, my initial solution was to cover the pool void with a treated pine deck. Unfortunately this proved problematic, as I frequently had to pump out rainwater, and then even with regular maintenance, the boards of the deck swelled, and then eventually began to rot.
