Years ago, I believe around 15 years ago, I hired Phil McCullum from one of the many Home Shows in S. Florida to install 4 Tempra Tankless Hot Water Heaters in four of my rental properties. He was extremely knowledgeable about his Tempra products and very thorough in his explanation as to how they functioned and their durability. Phil provided timely and quality install of a new tankless hot water heater at our home. It’s working great and he was responsive to questions about options and operating the new tankless heater.
I had a wonderful experience with Phil. He explained in detail about the replacement for water heater tank and my options and advised me on next steps. Then, he came on time and installed a new A.O.Smith tank and fixed electrical connection that was not done previously as per county code requirement. Phil McCullem installed my first tankless water heater about 14 years ago. Two days ago I woke up to cold water. Luckily I had kept his phone and called him. He returned my call within a half hour and I sent him a picture of specs. He called back within an hour with a quote and, a couple of hours later, I was basking in hot water. Tankless Water Heater's Phil McCullem is very Responsive, Reliable and Reasonable, and I highly recommend him if you are installing or replacing a tankless water heater.
