My partner entered the facility to use the bathrooms. Was all okay until she called me saying there was no TP. As we were with a female at the time we thought it would be okay for her to enter the venue to assist my partner. The security guard working 3.00am 25.07.2026 didn't allow my friend into the venue to give my partner TP then THE MALE secrity guard proceeded to enter the female toilets to give my partner the TP she needed. Entered the venue, just fine. Went to the bathroom, just fine. Bathroom had no TP, not fine. Friends were not allowed in, not fine. No female staff available, not fine again. Security didn’t allow my female friend to get me anything to wipe my wet self, not fine. Male staff came in and told me there’s def tp but there wasn’t, not fine! Didn’t feel safe - not fine. No video allowed here’s a photo of the no tp in my stall.
Would give a zero if i could.Really disappointed with my experience. We had some loose change and decided to go to the pokies. After we had finished playing, we went to look for the bathroom. When I came out, I noticed two staff subtly waiting around and following me out to the door of the pokies because they apparently thought I was underage.
