Dont do this to you, when you dont want to end up in a horror story. First....check with your insurance, if all is correct, in my case it was not! Call your insurance. I can understand when they want you to pay out of pocket, because they earn way more as they would get from insurance....come on...then dont accept no insurance. Dont do this to you, when you dont want to end up in a horror story. It is not only a issue that nobody answers the phone, it is also a behavior issue, I was there today because there was (what i thought) a misunderstanding of my treatment. I asked if can talk to somebody about my treatment and i got told that i can do it here in front of all other patient and it is not necessary to talk in private. If I could give zero stars, I would. This office never answers the phone. I had to go there in person just to schedule an appointment, and after my oral surgery, I had to go back again because they forgot to send in my prescriptions. Repeated calls went unanswered the entire time. Terrible phone communication and overall frustrating experience. This is not how a medical office should be run.

Dr. T is an EXCELLENT oral surgeon. Great staff/assistants! Several visits for extractions, bone graphs, and implants. All without a hitch or glitch. Didn't even need to use the pain meds prescribed. Medicare, not problem... insurance, no problem. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr Tankersley by my dentist. I called to set up my appointment however, no one answeredthe phone, I had to leave a voice-mail. When she finally called back, I asked my questions and then said I would call have to call back since Iwas at work. When I did called back again I had to leave a voice-mail. I have an office job and I have customers as well. So when she finally called I couldn't answer my phone. We played phone tag for a couple of days.
