Called all over for go_go mobily scooter parts. None close by. Needed a replacement key for one that broke. Even Walmart sold keys, but only online with several days delivery. If you need a key quick, fat chance. Not even a Lock Smith could duplicate such a broken key without me driving back and forth to the home to see if the key fit. We were on vacation when my power chair broke. It was a weekend and we couldn't find anyone open. Fortunately, we found Curtis and gave him a call. He was out of town, but still answered his phone and spent a lot of time with us on the phone, helping us work through how to fix the problem. He talked to us while he was driving back home. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his help. An extremely nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant person.
