Truly wonderful and amazing staff who made me feel comfortable and relaxed when getting a tooth extracted. The dental surgeon was absolutely brilliant, with a pain free experience.
Worst dentist experience I have ever had. I have dentist anxiety accompanied with having autism; I saw Dr. Adrian Sinanan in swan hill who is extremely impatient and rude with patients who have these issues. He gave me temazepam which I told him and others was not working and no one listened. He does not explain a single thing during the process of the procedure and is phenomenally rude and is impatient to those with anxiety/autism. Very impressed with Tankard Dental-Dr Kim is very gentle and explains everything, making me feel comfortable. Had a complex issue involving a crown and toothache this week-with work by Dr Kim and Dr Nick, both explaining what was happening, they were able to sort out the problem. Price was reasonable. Very professional service.
The most you could ask for, very clear in explanations and supportive.
Dr Kim is a great dentist, very gentle, thorough, patient and with a great personality, she treats you like a friend. We are lucky to have her . I would not go to another dentist now that I have been treated my her .
