Asked TankWise to find and provide an estimate for decommissioning an oil tank for a home we intended to purchase, and specified that *we did not own the property* and needed them to coordinate scheduling with the realtor. Instead of doing so, Tom showed up unannounced, dug up a patch of grass, and blew me off when we told him that was a problem. They were prompt for sure, but I plan to get someone else to do the decommission rather than work with someone who doesn't respect reasonable requests.
