Absolutely disgusting. Moved into a rental and discovered the entire apartment was covered in mould on the ceiling, walls, cupboards and and drawers. The building manager and the owners were aware before I moved in and this was acknowledged by email they knew and advised me they would just paint over it and NOT treat the mould. Currently going through QCAT to retrieve the money I lost for removalists, moving in and out. If you want them to take your full bond after leaving, then get a lease here! Charging $900 for a bond cleaning and $180 for a rubbish removal that certainly did not take them 2 hours to get done. In addition, charging $80 to replace 3 bulbs that cost $5 each. They do multiple inspections to the apartment always claiming the property is in good condition. 大樓面對南岸，可以最清楚的看到南岸的夜景，晚上相當漂亮。 六樓有健身房、冷水游泳池、溫水spa、廚房、BBQ烤肉區（預約）、影視區、自修室，可以自由使用空調。36樓有很多沙發、廚房、撞球桌、美麗的夜景。很適合邀請朋友來玩，特別是在國慶日、跨年的時候，可以清楚地看到煙火。 公共區域的維護必須靠大家自行維護，不然廚房、冰箱可能有點髒亂，希望可以改善。 但是22樓左右的中間樓層，會因為是隔壁大樓的頂樓，噪音很大，更往上方的樓層會比較安靜。 但是地下室（一樓）常常會充滿異味，垃圾處理令人擔憂。
Great place. Rented the penthouse for 12 months really nice. Good area busy during the week but quiet on the weekends
