Used to be an amzing company, the company I work for has used them since 2015 and spent over $250,000 with them. Guy named Matt used to run orders, smart, personable and knew the product line intimately. He left a couple years ago and took good service with him, I've struggled for 2 years, received a $10,000 pump I'm stuck with because dude was too lazy to look up a previous order or call a Graco rep.
