just sucks
Called and talked to staff before ordering explaining what I needed. The model they said I needed arrived with incorrect fittings and is unusable. I also paid 60.00 for shipping and the tank arrived wrapped poorly in 2 sheets of Saran Wrap and is scratched and gouged. Customer service said it’s not their issue and they can’t help me. Do not buy from tank depot or plastic mart as they are the same company. I’d suggest looking elsewhere first. Sent used dirty product, hung up on me when I called to request a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Purchased a 200 gallon tank. It arrived scratched, dirty and with water and plastic debris still in it. After we got around to installing it, both gaskets leaked. The installation of the gaskets was done poorly so there was no way to close the leak. On top of that, when it gets to 150 gallons, it reaches the top hole, and can't be filled any further. Customer service offered no support/refund or any other help. Terrible products and they took zero responsibility for a defective product. Don't order from this company
