Called and talked to staff before ordering explaining what I needed. The model they said I needed arrived with incorrect fittings and is unusable. I also paid 60.00 for shipping and the tank arrived wrapped poorly in 2 sheets of Saran Wrap and is scratched and gouged. Customer service said it’s not their issue and they can’t help me. Sent used dirty product, hung up on me when I called to request a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Purchased a 200 gallon tank. It arrived scratched, dirty and with water and plastic debris still in it. After we got around to installing it, both gaskets leaked. The installation of the gaskets was done poorly so there was no way to close the leak. On top of that, when it gets to 150 gallons, it reaches the top hole, and can't be filled any further. Customer service offered no support/refund or any other help. Terrible products and they took zero responsibility for a defective product. Don't order from this company
Be prepared to wait if you are ordering a "smaller" tank. Ordered 20gal vertical storage tank last week of May and I'm still waiting for tracking information! I ordered exact same tank from this vendor in the past (about 2yrs ago) and had a very similar experience. So I went into this purchase expecting the wait. Especially with the pandemic!
