I have only seen a person one time and that was to take money from me last June there is no communication whatsoever elevator is out for weeks on end no working washer and dryer hasn't been no communication

Was looking for a place to live. I'm not looking at this place.
DO NOT RENT!!!!! I rented here for a year, my unit was on the 7th floor and the elevator worked maybe two months of the year we stayed. the washer and dryer on our floor were consistently broken no matter how many maintenance calls we made. when we had the bad storms every single window in our unit leaked as well as the hallway closet, and the ceiling of my room had water damage. when we put the maintenance call in for the window leaks they came and put an outrageous amount of spray foam on them and broke the blinds in proce... read more
Never ever rent from this place let start with the management very poor and lady is rude. We have mold inside the building . A general musty smell around the walls or flooring. Visible discoloration Inside the apartment , bed bug on second floor no security nothing they keep printing on mold and water damage all the time they the when the city want to come they pick the good place to go to and show them
