Waited over an hour for our food. This was also AFTER ordering. Granted, this was at the Renaissance festival and they have a sign stating “this is not fast food”. However an hour any under circumstances is unacceptable. Especially with kids. All other food trucks around were moving at a reasonable pace. I don’t mind a wait, especially at a busy event like this. However, the food was NOT worth the wait.
Food was nasty, I threw it out after 2 bites.
Why do people always try to destroy a good thing? The review about Tanja's portions is so dishonest and false. Tanja's food consistently fantastic! I used to not like food with sauerkraut before because it always tasting acidic and bleak. However, after eating her bratwurst, everything changed. I am now addicted to her food. I ordered the Currywurst for $9. When I got home, I fixed myself some fries and opened up the container with the Currywurst. What a disappointment to say the least!!! It wasn’t even a whole Bratwurst!that In Germany we slice it up and it showed it that way on her Menu. Mine was quartered and barely a half a Bratwurst. That to me is a rip off. I will not return!
I have been stationed in Germany and been back on vacation twice. Tanja's doners are spot.on the the flavors. If you miss the flavors of Germany, this is the spot. Thank you
