Tanja Manrique acted as mediator during my divorce She was not impartial. She was cold, condescending and kept asking did I have a job yet I told them my therapist did not recommend job seeking during my divorce due to the already elevated stress. She was  not a neutral mediator in my child custody case. She kept bringing up that we were not married which felt unnecessary and judgmental. I had lived with the father and stayed home with my child, so I was just reentering the workforce after we separated. She made critical comments about my low pay and my career goals to become a paraeducator again.
