Tanis did a great job as purchaser's agent for our new house in West Vancouver. Tanis made herself available to help us as we needed; she followed-up with seller's agent and others with urgency; gave us great advice and generally guided us through the process. We ended up not needing an agent to sell our townhouse, but will certainly plan to use Tanis to help with our next transaction, and would definitely recommend to others.
