The team is always accomodating at even last minute things. They didn’t charge me for looking into something that they referred onto someone else to fix, that is honourable.
My car was serviced in Aug 2025 by Tanilba Tyres. All good. Water pump found leaking in September. Waterpump and thermostat replaced by Tanilba Tyres (Cost $1800). I was told that it was running a bit rough but take it for a run to clean the injectors. I did that and the car broke down. I towed it back to Tanilba Tyres and the mechanic was unable and unwilling to repair it. Other mechanics suggested Tanilba Tyres has made an error, possibly fitting the timing belt wrong. I was in a tough situation with a flat tyre in Port Stephens for the weekend. Being based in Sydney I had to come back on the Sunday night and every place I tried to get in contact with didn’t answer. Except for Greg who very promptly arranged for Ethan to meet me and replace my tyre. Ethan was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to help me.
