I have seen Tania a few times now, and I will not be returning. I attempted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but this establishment is unacceptable. The first 2 times she was late yesterday her employee didn’t have the keys to get in so I had to wait an hour for my appt. Yesterday, she mentioned that she could only handle one facial at a time, which required my mom to wait for me. My wife and I had a pleasant experience with this place. Clean place with good set up. Tania was very professional with her work and took really good time to provide the service my wife expected. Maria was excellent as well and was very thorough with conducting her treatment yet professional. Maria is the To Go Person for me for every single visit in future. Be aware of fraud. Most un hygiene place I ever visit. Taking advantage of some gift vouchers and providing services without informing client and forced them to pay through police. Wish you good luck. Ohh forgot to mention that I still have vouchers if someone wants for free to experience disaster Tania I did not scream and I refused to pay as your esthetician did not inform me about payment for services I didn’t even ask for. No wonder your place always empty.
