I visited the walk-in clinic on 1/8/26 at about 11:45am. Thought i would have to wait since it was lunchtime, but I was taken to an exam room right away. I was seen by Tania Shinohara, APRN-FNP within just a few minutes. She was professional and pleasant and thoroughly reviewed my symptoms. First I want to say that this episode doesn't reflect on Dr Webb. We love her! But it took me 8 days, 7 phone calls and a visit to the clinic to try to get my preciptions refilled. They weren't refilled until Monday 8 days later,, after a call from her assistant(who is usually very reliable) to ask what I want to refill??!! I'd left about 5 msgs on her voice mail for 7 days.
