I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tania JB Salon on 6/20/2025. I went in for a simple wash, blow dry, and a light trim to refresh my layers. I have fine, curly hair, and from the moment I sat down, I could tell they were unsure how to handle it. Overall pleasant environment.. but won’t go there for a cut again. I booked hair/cut for $35 but was charged $60… I guess blow dry cost an extra $25. The cut was mediocre. $25 for blow dry was worth it as the person takes her time and I got lots of hair. Because I got lots of hair, her cutting skill is lacking because if I don’t blow dry my hair after every wash, I will look like a lion. The cut didn’t get the job done… solely depends on blow drying to get the hair style.

Tania, the owner and head stylist, is the best in town. My stylist has a high level of knowledge in hair processes and treatments beside an ample experience obtained in most than twenty years serving the community in Kearny and surrounded areas. 100% Recommendable, Ladies and Gentlemen.
