My session with Tania Choi's is what I had always hoped to find with a therapist. She was extremely attentive in her listening and observations of my mood and body language. Her sincere care and non-judgmental attitude allowed me to feel safe to drop into myself and cry. The space she held connected me back to myself and my inner truth. Tania is a gifted therapist ! Her EMDR skills combined with accelerated resolution therapy (and other modalities) has been a gift to help me go deeper in my healing after talk therapy could only do so much in the brain.
