I wanted to practice yoga again after having some time away from it,a beginners program was perfect for me. Tania was very welcoming,informative and understanding of my ability. A very special class of yoga. I've now completed between 5-7 yoga sessions with Tania and it's simply wonderful. Her approach is authentic, fully guided, safe, healing and I feel enveloped in the security of her knowledge. Every move, pose or breath is made with care. I feel I've found my guide.

I have had the pleasure of taking Tania’s yoga classes. I loved her depth of knowledge and preparation for each class. The flow in more still positions was quite nice to experience. Even though they weren’t the large vinyasa flow movements, I felt great mobility movements in the practice very helpful. Her teaching ques are on point. Well thought out classes every time. Thanks for your lovely practice Tania. Looking forward to be in your classes again in the future. All the best and thanks to your refreshing style.

What a joy to participate in Tania's yoga classes! As someone who has done a lot of yoga in her thirties, with a couple of very good teachers, and am finally coming back to it, I have to say I was blown away. Tania is a very gifted teacher who absolutely cares about each and every one of her students regardless of their level of proficiency. Her knowledge not just of yoga but of the human body is amazing.
