So nice to find a doctor that cares and spends enough time with you to find out what is really going on. Not your typical doctor I am used to. I wish I could give 10 stars
Dr Lozano is great! She is thorough, caring, explains well. However, getting through to their office is difficult. Communicating with the office staff is an exercise in futility. Their phone rings and the call drops, or it's busy. Can't get through. I've told them about this several times. It never changes.
Dr. Lozano is very thorough and explains your situation and concerns. Miriam, nurse is awesome, always pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amazing! She was friendly, professional and knew exactly how to help me with my thyroid issues!! Highly recommend her!
I had seen Dr. Lozano for years to monitor my thyroid. She is pleasant in person and takes a lot of time with you and appears to care. However, the truth is, Dr. Lozano is not very educated. For several years I had an abnormal lab related to my liver that I repeatedly questioned. She always told me "it doesn't mean anything" and pushed it aside.
