Tangora improved my basement by installing a commercial-grade dehumidifier, and changing my heating loop so that the basement has its own thermostat for the radiator. The installer handled an unfortunate problem with a defective part very professionally, spending the extra time required. I'm happy.

I did get a second opinion but felt that Parker Tangora wanted to set me up with the right system for my house instead of just trying to upsell me with something I didn't really need. Parker and his crew were professional and friendly too! I've been a homeowner for many years. This was definitely my best experience with a HVAC company.
