Our AC stopped working and Ricky came to the rescue as the on-call technician. He spent a lot of time to get the right parts and diagnose the issue and worked with Parker over the phone to solve the issue. We have 3 young kids in the house and we are very thankful for their work so we don't have to sleep in mid-80s temperature and can't open the window because the air quality was bad outside. Their pricing is transparent and very reasonable. We highly recommend this business.
Amazing work, they were efficient, quick, courteous, cleaned up afterwards, and above else they provided effective service for a phenomenal price. So glad that we went with this local company!!!
Tech was very nice but he spent less than 30 minutes here only to tell me our system is overworking, possibly due to the filter but he’s not 100% sure and it's and old unit so we should just get a new one. $297 for him to just tell me wait and see if it improves. But he’ll send me a quote for a new unit by the end of the day. Absolutely no help at all and a waste of money. $297 for him to unscrew a few screws and that’s it.
