I appreciate Tango Transportation for the on time service from Miami to my pre-cruise hotel, from the hotel to the Port of Miami, and from Miami back to the Miami International Airport. Communication was clear. I made a few changes to my reservation prior to the service start date based on communication from the cruise line and Tango was able to accommodate those changes. I really like Tango. The communication was timely and clear. Our driver was early (on time) on a Saturday afternoon to take us from Miami International airport to our pre-cruise stay hotel. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I’m happy with my decision to book this company and have two additional bookings with them coming up. UPDATE: pickup on a Sunday went very smoothly. We have used them twice so far! Our driver Gustavo was great! Van was perfectly clean! We will actually book them again tomorrow! And every time we take a cruise for our large group!
Gustavo waited for us when our ship delayed disembarking. Got us to airport on time for our flight.
