Yes, they are a real company that legally rents out their available rooms (I was skeptical of a scam at first as well). I stayed in one of their rooms from mid-June to December 2016. While the rent was pretty pricey, it wasn't abnormally high for the area. Their contact person, Gari, was extremely helpful and available at all times via text (as was their live-in handyman/landlord named Sergio and the admin lady in the basement, Sue).
