I would give zero stars if this were an option. I ordered on 6/13/26 and they debited my card the next day. I never got an email and finally on 6/22 /26 I got a message via whatsapp that the order had been packed and shipped with a tracking number to be provided shortly. Today is 7/2/26 and I am still waiting for a tracking number. I have called, and texted via whatsapp numerous times (which is their preferred method of communicating) with zero responses back. At what point does this become outright theft?
