We caught them at the Farmers’ Market in Waimea today and the empanadas were excellent! Family owned and and they were so helpful in answering questions and helping us pick out our selections. We tried beef, chicken, pumpkin, spinach and cheese, and a tomato/basil/cheese. All the fillings were hot and delicious but the dough was just as amazing as the filling.
