Jill Burnette, co-owner of this hair salon, ruined my hair. I went in for a highlight and came out with half my hair missing. She burned my hair off. My hair is very fine and has been highlighted for years. I know exactly how my hair responds to highlighting and it has always been favorable....until Jill left it on for 45 min. And ate lunch while my hair was frying! I had long blonde hair and I came out with about 10 inches of it melted off and burned at the scalp.
