I live here and these neighbors. Perfect the old neighbor across the street fixed my bike! Tell me why we have so much fun at the pool. And I love riding my bike all around the neighborhood. You really have to fix the potholes though. Overall I love the houses. The rooms are spacious so it's the dining room and kitchen! And I love the big living room. It's so safe and not noisy.

They have been raising the lot rent every year, but the community is steadily declining. They take shortcuts instead of making long term fixes. The community is full of trash because priority missed pick up, and the community is doing nothing for its residents.....they could get a dumpster or hire a private trash truck to come through...instead they are spending money on ice cream

nice looking community the only bad part is the pot hole infested entrance off of telegraph i got a bubble in the side of my tire from one of the countless big and deep potholes

If you’re going to raise lot rent every year, how about maybe hiring someone who actually puts effort into plowing and salting?

Just wanted to say thank you to Carrie and Amber. We called them explained our situation what our family needed. They found us the perfect home got us in as soon as they said they would from the moment we called them. They did nothing but take care of us and then when we moved in they were super helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend them.
