Bait and switch, plain and simple. I attempted to purchase a home from Tanglewood Village. At first, they were very friendly and helpful. About 2 weeks in, I was told that my rental application was approved and my financing was "conditionally approved". I was even provided a monthly payment and lot rent amoumt. However, they asked for more financiamount. Before it could be finalized. After I submitted those, they requested additional documents with the same information. The house I cleaned was next to a playground, kids were playing. Looked clean of trash threw out the subdivision, 👍
