Incredible service. Incredible people. Our camper brake wires disconnected on one of our tires on a cross country trip. When local tire shops were not able to help, Tanglewood Trailers dropped what they were working on to come out and help us. A mechanic popped the wires back into place for us within minutes. How so very kind. He saved our trip.
Came from out town, rv wheel fell off, best customer service and knowledge, fast professional and friendly. Blessed
We had just purchased a utility trailer from a seller and discovered the right taillight was not working. We still had a 2 1/2 hour drive back and didn't feel comfortable driving it without a working taillight. We called Tanglewood and explained the situation. They were able to work us in and had us fixed and ready to go in about 45 minutes. They were very nice, helpful and are very grateful for their help and kindness! Great customer service!!
Stopped by because I could not figure out how to remove a stud panel bottom on a horse trailer. Brad helped me out right on the spot. What a nice man! Now that’s how you build and keep a customer base! Thank you
