I purchased a trailer from Tanglewood on December 5th and provided payment by check at the time of purchase. I was informed by the manager that the title and paperwork would be held until the check cleared. After three weeks without an update, I contacted the store and was told they were still working on the paperwork. Two additional weeks later, I followed up again and was then mailed the signed title. We rely on Tanglewood to complete DOT inspections every year on our commercial trucks and trailers. They also make repairs, and supply parts that would otherwise take a lot of searching, driving, or waiting to source. Mark has built a team that is professional and reliable. Their Tri-Lakes location is very convenient for us as well. Highly recommend.
