When I was a teen I got into a fight here. It was crazy
Food service was horrible. Rooms were okay. Food was so, so.
It was horrible. The room was nasty and their staff was not helpful at all. There were so many bugs and things in the room and they didn’t have staff to take care of it. There was brown water in the sink and the shower and the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t shut properly which was not good.
The rooms are filthy. Within the first 5 minutes in the room, we found spiders. The towels are dirty and the shower has black spots. There is a weird smell in the rooms and the AC doesn’t work. There is lackluster evidence of the proper maintenance of carpets in the villa. The rooms aren’t livable and it’s disgusting to expect any human to stay in this room. Absolutely not a resort. The rooms are very dirty the second I stepped into my room I knew I made a mistake. We put our bags down and look around the room and within the first minute we found a spider crawling up the wall. The room also has all carpet floors which wasn’t mentioned at all. We stepped into the bathroom to see yellow stains all over the shower curtains and an uncleaned sink.
