Hoa fees are definitely not going to the pool or clubhouse. They have the same pool chairs from 20 years ago. They smell and are all gross and weathered. I will write ✍️ my full review soon. I have way more to say.
Always helpful when I call and they have been good at keeping HOA increased low and even halted increases over the last couple of years. As far as an HOA goes, they are good.
Nice venue for a fun party.
Rude, snarky and inconsiderate when I brought a financial issue up to them...fraud against them and they didn't seam to pay any mind about it...no questions, never asked for the check ,never said thank you or even good bye before hanging up...
