Not helpful at all. HOA doesn't do anything if they get a complaint and it can be ongoing for years. They will break their own rules but not let anyone else. Would not have moved here if I knew the HOA wouldn't care about the entire neighborhood.
Hoa fees are definitely not going to the pool or clubhouse. They have the same pool chairs from 20 years ago. They smell and are all gross and weathered. I will write ✍️ my full review soon. I have way more to say.
Always helpful when I call and they have been good at keeping HOA increased low and even halted increases over the last couple of years. As far as an HOA goes, they are good.
Nice venue for a fun party.
