My landlord took me off the lease at my boyfriend’s request even though all of the rent checks came from my name. I was employed, he was not. He was on drugs. I lost my home in a day, rent and a deposit from a home I had only moved into only 4 months before. We had minimal locks on our home, not deadbolt only the standard lower lock and it was roach infested with German cockroaches. 10/10 do not recommend. The landlord is also rude. If I had the money I’d take her to court :D
This place was great. Very quiet, lots of shade. Full hook up, including tv and internet. June, the owner ,was very accommodating. Dean, the manager and caretaker was our next door neighbor. He was very friendly and helpful. We were here 6 days and we will come back again.
The best place I’ve ever lived.
This is a current rating and current events. Zero stars, it’s a cute place buttt the landlord takes on authority to remove people from the lease with no proper reason or legal authority with no refund. I was personally removed from the leases without my permission or presence, and given no notice. All of my items are in the home. I reached out to see if she could aid in me getting them out and was told it’s between me and the other person living there, which is not civil and why I had asked her for help.
