Professional, courteous, and above and beyond for the sale / purchase. Spent a significant amount of time with me reviewing items, going over procedures, disclosing any areas that need to be addressed before purchase. Well-versed, knowledgeable, everything was exactly as he described in Phone discussions, no surprises and honest. A phenomenal experience and I would use them again if needed and recommend them.
I was hesitant to purchase a rig that was so far from my initial destination of Montana. And also the fact that it was such a small business in the middle of nowhere. But Jared had a nice rig at the right price, so I took a chance. I am so glad that I did. The motorhome was as advertised, and there were so many "extras" that came with it. But most of all, the honesty, personalization and thoughtfulness throughout the process was amazing. Jared is very trustworthy and would recommend his products and services.
Jared was great to work with when we purchased our Tiffin motorhome. Professional, knowledgable, honest, and extremely helpful. He answered every call, even after our puchase. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend working with him if you're puchasing or selling and rv.
As I have stated in other forums,sometimes things need to be said and this is certainly one of those times. Over the past month I have been talking with Jared from Tanglewood Auto and RV. He told me about a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Bus with 70,000 miles and he said it was pristine and the previous owner kept it serviced and has folders of all the service work that was performed year after year. Jared made our buying experience a positive one. We made several requests as a condition of our purchase and Jared efficiently followed up and completed everything we asked. He was up front with any issues that needed addressing on our coach and was always a rich source of great advice. If/when we decide to upgrade, Tanglewood will be our first stop. Thanks Jared!
