I had my hair done yesterday for the first time at Tangles. Alexandra did my highlights and cut, and I am so happy with the result. She is skilled, thoughtful and detail-oriented. She untangled my hair very gently with her fingers (not with a comb or brush!) after the highlights, and I never felt my hair yanked out like I've felt at other salons.
