I had my hair done yesterday for the first time at Tangles. Alexandra did my highlights and cut, and I am so happy with the result. She is skilled, thoughtful and detail-oriented. She untangled my hair very gently with her fingers (not with a comb or brush!) after the highlights, and I never felt my hair yanked out like I've felt at other salons. Shout out to Rowdy! I've been getting so many complements since I've been letting him do "his thing". I was told that I look 10 years younger; I'll take it! It's very hard for me to find a hairdresser because I hate "wasting time" sitting in the chair. Rowdy is very intelligent and I love talking with him, so the time isn't wasted at all.
