I had been into Tangles a few times and they did a decent job on my eyebrows and I liked my hair cut a lot. But the last time I went to have my eyebrows done, I had a different lady there (sorry, name I don't remember) and she took off most of my eyebrow after I told her just to touch them up a bit and keep the shape. They were about half the length they usually are, rounded, and not even the length of my eye. I have nothing but good things to say about this salon! I have been in and seen three different stylist, and left happy every time! Lora has cut my hair as well as a few of my friends and it looks great every time! I have think, long hair and my appointments generally take a long time so I get to see other people come and go and they always look great and leave happy. I would like to thank Lora from Tangles salon for messing up my hair so badly that will not need a haircut for six months while it all grows back in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did NOT get what I asked for.

They services I got were great and my hair looked wonderful. I had a friend recommend this place the only this was is it was outrageous just for a cut and shampoo. I would go back to this place if a could afford to!
