Arrived at 1215pm as a walk in and was told to come back at 130pm for an appointment with Avery. Returned at 127pm and the hair dresser tells me it will be a minute because she just took another walk in. I waited 40 minutes and then she finishes cutting this guy's hair and he proceeds to add a hair wash. So, I walk out. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
Sue does a great job with my curly hair.
I had the rudest, most unaccommadating stylists that I have ever had in my life at this salon.I got a basic cut, which she did a decent job with the cut,but, her attitude made me never want to return. The shame is that there are other stylists there that are outstanding, but, as a walk-in, can't be guaranteed to get. In this business I would imagine that word of mouth is everything and the majority of their business so, in this case, I won't ever return and my word of mouth is "Buyer Beware "
