I have seen Lori twice and have been really happy with my results. I have long thick naturally curly hair. (if you have thick naturally curly hair, then you understand it’s very difficult to deal with) I went in with a rough idea of what I was looking to accomplish and also brought a couple of photos. Lori has consistently provided excellent service over the years and I get fantastic results every time! She is an artist as far as I am concerned.
I had high hopes for this salon. I was referred by a friend. I made an appointment with Lori for 12:30. I arrived early and she was finishing up on a client. He was obviously an old friend and regular client per the conversation that rebooked 5 weeks later. The two of them talked and BS’s at the checkout desk for 15 minutes. I got up and told Lori I was leaving because my appointment was 15 minutes ago. And all she had to say was “OK”. Like my time means nothing. And they charge people for being late.
