Apparently, they don't do walk ins??? Went in, waited over 30 mins. Stylist noticed me, but never greeted or acknowledged me. I understood they were with clients, but when their clients left they just sat down in their chairs and continued to chat amongst themselves. Very disappointed. I was intending to get a wash, cut and style but instead I'll have to go somewhere else.
Monica is the greatest!! Love her hairdressing skills and her desire to please her patrons.
