I Facebooked this business and requested appointment and sent pictures of a EMO haircut that I wanted/color that I wanted which was blonde with brown streaks. Showed up to my appointment ontime owner Macy did my hair. She was with a customer I waited 30 extra minutes for her to be done with this customer. I pacifically mentioned I did not want my bangs whacked short.
