Jess was able to get my mom and I both in on the same day for a hair cut. We absolutely loved our experience and had a great time.
I'm not a regular salon goer, to be honest I usually grow my hair out long because I'm always so nervous it'll look bad if I cut it. Jessica not only did a fantastic job and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, she also was really friendly, patient, polite and quick! She even fixed up my bangs that I messed up trying to do myself 😅 I'm not sure why, but I expected the cut to cost way more. Nope! Honestly I think they might be undercharging people. Great salon 10/10 experience
I came into Tangled salon after coming across the business on Facebook and saw that a hairdresser named Michelle was accepting new clients. This was my first time meeting Michelle and she was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I could tell she cared a lot about her work and also satisfying my request for what I wanted done to my hair.
