I recently got my hair done here and my experience was not the best. Everyone was very friendly. However, my hair turned out completely different from what I asked for. I went in with blonde hair asking for auburn copper toned hair color. I showed the picture (I put below) and she explained what she would do to achieve the look in the picture. This was a huge change for me so I was already nervous then leaving the salon with bright red/splotchy hair like I bought box dye to do it was not the outcome I wanted for $280.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tangled Mane. The first appointment didn’t work at all—the dye didn’t take. During the second appointment, my hair was bleached and dyed, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. Three months later, I’ve had to cut my hair twice, and it’s still very damaged. I expected professional care, but my hair ended up in worse condition. I’m leaving this review because I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else, and I have never, ever left a bad review for anyone before.... read more

This was my first time here. I was booked with Sarah W. She did amazing cut and style for an event I had. I will def be back. I highly recommend this salon

Sarah W is amazing! I’ve seen her twice for a curly cut, and she’s unbelievably gentle, detail-oriented, and kind!
