I decided to try this salon after hearing a few good things and I’m glad I did. The place had a nice vibe and everyone seemed pretty welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist actually listened to what I wanted instead of rushing through it, which I really appreciated. I asked for a trim and some shape around my layers and it came out looking clean and natural. Second time getting my hair done by Ashley, without disappointment! She is so sweet and kind, attentive and makes sure you’re happy with the results before you leave! Cuts a little at a time to make sure it’s what you want. Thorough details of the process and the plan. I gave a brief description of the colors I wanted, she gave me her plan and vision, and away she went with perfection!
I didn’t expect to go home and cry from a terrible cut but this place certainly made that happen. I didn’t have time to have a professional fix it before family photos and I was too embarrassed to be in them. Horrible experience.
