Does not even show up for appointments to tour the facility. I was not informed that there would be a need to confirm the appointment. I do not use my personal cellphone to text with anyone for any purpose while I am working. No phone call was made to confirm with me or I would have answered and said yes. Had I known or even suspected, I would not have left my job an hour early, wasted my fuel, had my daughter drive an hour out of her way, and waste her fuel, only for both of us to then discover upon arrival for our appointm... read more

Service and communication was amazing
My only event decor place! I have been using Tangible occasions since my daughter’s first birthday party and she’s now turning 8 years old. The owner is professional, goes above and beyond and is always personally relatable! I’ll always support tangible occasions. The decor and theme design is unmatched! Book asap!
