We executed a contract with this venue on December 23, with the understanding that our date was secured, but we wanted to visit the property. Following the signed agreement, we met via Zoom with the owner on January 2nd to discuss her decor packages. On that call, she was still unable to provide a video of the raw space. Does not even show up for appointments to tour the facility. I was not informed that there would be a need to confirm the appointment. I do not use my personal cellphone to text with anyone for any purpose while I am working. No phone call was made to confirm with me or I would have answered and said yes. Had I known or even suspected, I would not have left my job an hour early, wasted my fuel, had my daughter drive an hour out of her way, and waste her fuel, only for both of us to then discover upon arrival for our appointm... read more
