Our 4 year old cat has SEVERE stomatitis (he had it when we adopted him but the shelter didn't tell us). I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion from Tangerine Pet Clinic. I called because my dog is seriously sick and I was hoping they could get her in as soon as possible. The person I spoke with told me they had no appointments available for five days. I completely understand that clinics get busy, but when I asked if they could at least check with the veterinarian to see if there was any way to squeeze her in due to how sick she is, I was told they wouldn’t even ask. Wonderful and helpful staff! Had an unexpected emergency come up with one of my cats and not only were they able to see me day of (which is almost unheard of) but they were kind and explained the situation at hand throughly and in vernacular I could understand. Even better, they were very kind with my very shy cat-to the point he was leaning into the scratches. Will be back with for my other animals when the time comes.

These guys always do a very nice job taking care of my fur babies. They can usually get me in at the last minute when needed. They're very compassionate and truly do seem to care about your pets.
